Perfect for beginners or for those seeking a restful practice. This class is designed to get circulation flowing through gentle movement and to enhance relaxation in fully supported restorative poses integrated throughout the sequencing.

Flow classes use consistent and steady breathing to link a series of poses together in a fluid manner. This class is well rounded and appropriate for practitioners with some experience. Advanced variations of poses and more complicated flow sequences may be introduced.

End your weekend with two full hours of flowing into stillness, or enjoy either session on its own. Powerful vinyasa prepares the body and mind to drop into a deeper stillness in restorative.
