Join Indigo Stray Conger and Natalie Edison for a blissful and rejuvenating adventure by the sea. Immerse yourself in flowing and restorative asana practice, seated meditation, moon celebration, chant and partner yoga. We will have two sessions a day of practice and plenty of free time to relax. Before each breakfast we will enjoy an hour of gentle vinyasa. In the afternoon/evening we’ll rotate 1.5-2 hour offerings, including quieter mindfulness practices, ritual, and playful connection. Together, Natalie and Indigo have over 28 years of teaching experience and have been teaching, playing and laughing together for a very long time.

About the Instructors:

Indigo Stray Conger ERYT is a Denver based instructor teaching vinyasa and restorative yoga since 2002. She has taught thousands of hours of classes, workshops and teacher trainings and is also a somatic psychotherapist and an experienced bodyworker. Yoga has been instrumental in Indigo’s own mental and physical health and she is looking forward to a week of sharing that deep connection with others. Indigo is thrilled to finally be leading a retreat with Natalie, a fantastic healer and one of her closest friends.

Natalie Edison RYT teaches yoga in Grass Valley and Oregon House, CA. Her relationship with yoga began on a quest for self healing and she became certified in 2008. She shares this practice because she knows from personal experience that yoga transmutes darkness into light, grief into love and fear into faith! She creates a safe space for playful exploration, inward reflection and deepening connection to Spirit.  Natalie’s classes are inspired by vinyasa, restorative, ayurveda and trauma-informed yoga trainings. She’s also trained in Transcendental Meditation.

Indigo was Natalie’s first yoga mentor. Since then, their relationship has blossomed into a beautiful friendship. When these two are together there’s a lot of laughter, sharing and love!
